** 13.14 From 1 January 2018, leave with pay granted to a worker in accordance with Articles 13.02, 13.09, 13.10, 13.12 and 13.13 shall be granted; The PSAC reimburses the employer for the employee`s salary and benefit costs during the authorized leave, with payment, in accordance with the conditions set jointly. 37.08 Under this agreement, an employee may not benefit from any leave credit for which the employee has already been credited with leave under another collective agreement involving the employer or other rules or regulations of the employer. 18.03 By mutual agreement, the parties may use a mediator to resolve a complaint of discrimination. The selection of the Ombudsman shall be made by mutual agreement. Collective agreements apply to all CFIA employees represented by a negotiator. The processing of incitive payments for retirees and part-time leave and overtime shall be carried out within 150 days of the signing of this Agreement. Subsection 63.07(b) applies only to staff at the Eg-02 and CE-03 levels who perform inspection duties, as well as to GL or GS personnel. 33.01 For the purposes of this collective agreement, travel time is remunerated only in the circumstances and to the extent provided for in this section. The parties acknowledge that an extension of these clauses is carried out without prejudice or precedent and that they do not in any way commit the parties to a specific position that they wish to assume during collective bargaining for overtime, transfers and/or the liquidation of leave or compensation in cash or in situations of remuneration problems. This Annex shall be considered to form part of all collective agreements between the parties and the workers who must have direct access to it. 17.36 Both the union and the employer may make a political complaint to the other regarding the interpretation or application of the collective agreement with respect to one of them or to the bargaining unit in general. While this is as it stands, we recognize that future initiatives, including the implementation of new collective agreements within the CFIA, could increase the number of unresolved salary cases.
